21 oikee members met for a virtual Hatha Yoga session together with Alexa Mattes, a former oikos conference team member, who is a certified Hatha yoga instructor. For an hour, we practiced different exercises, our flexibility and learned how to focus on our breathing. This hour was a welcome change from studying and assignments. Together with some Chai Latte & Bath salts that were provided as goodies, we keep the mindfulness spirit within us.
